Project Overview:

This short was a multi-stepped learning experience. First, we created and rigged the ball character. Then, we used it to animate a ball bounce which taught the basics of timing, offsetting tail animation, and squash and stretch. Then, we modeled, textured, and rigged the legs, and animated a looping walk cycle. Finally, we animated a scene in which the two characters interact with eachother.

Early sketches of the legs. I decided to remove the purple fuzz and instead focus on realistic texturing to increase the weirdness of the character.
